before i go back to comps

i'm brooke - a single phd student in logan, utah. before coming to logan i was a peace and justice activist in eugene, oregon. for as long as i can remember i've wanted to do 2 things: save the world and be a mom. i've not yet found that right person to partner with, and i'm in my mid 30's. i've been working on saving the world, and now it's time to become a mom. i'm absolutely terrified at taking this step, but thrilled as well.

i'll chart for at least a couple of months before trying the first time. i'll be going with an unknown donor from a bank. this journal will be a place to record my thoughts, or not, about this most important undertaking.
